“Fit” between player and coach can be hard to define, but easy to spot.
Corporate Career: I started my professional career in investment banking at Citigroup in July 2008, and then worked as a strategy consultant for McKinsey in Chicago from 2013 to 2016, after obtaining an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Since then I have held various generalist roles in ecommerce companies ranging across media (Hulu), Retail (Wayfair), and Food (HelloFresh).
Pivot to coaching: Community service and mentorship have been constants in my life, but largely as an extracurricular — there was always a “primary goal” in front of me. Over time, my duty to prioritize service to others became clear. Around this time, I connected with Upbuild - an organization committed to helping individuals and organizations be who they are rather than who they think they should be. Inspired by their vision, and trained through their wisdom - I stepped into life coaching as a means to put service at the center of my life.
Together —- my experiences and my training inform a unique approach and style — which you can learn more about below
