Pratibimba acts as your co-pilot in personal growth
Takeoff: Developing Concious Relationship
Pre-flight checks build trust. Pilots and co-pilots rely on a common understanding and deep sense of connection. We will establish this early on through a Discovery Session and a Sample Coaching Session (both no-cost).
Discovery Session — A 60 minute conversation focused on getting to know you. What do you value? Who are your heroes? What experiences have shaped you? And most importantly, what are you seeking to gain clarity on through coaching? This conversation is preceded with a short set of thought-provoking questions that typically takes anywhere from 30 mins to an hour to complete in advance.
Sample Session — A 60 minute session following the discovery session focused on assessing fit. We’ll spend 40 minutes coaching and 20 minutes debriefing: Was it of service? Do both parties feel a strong sense of partnership? We’ll also use this time to define the coaching engagement ( frequency, duration, and number of follow-up sessions)
In-Flight: Guiding and Highlighting Growth
You are the Pilot —- it’s your flight plan. You set the pace and desired destination of each conversation. As your co-pilot I will ask guiding questions to maintain focus on what’s most important, develop checkpoints along the way as your accountability partner, and highlight progress you might not have noticed.
Pilot duties — Every coaching conversation will start with the question “Where should we spend our time today?” Coaching works best when you have an idea of what you would like to work on, you are sincerely curious, and you desire growth.
Co-pilot duties— My number one responsibility is to ensure we fly in safe air-space. I will listen with my heart, guide attention towards that which appears most important, and ask questions that seek to take you towards a deeper place of personal understanding. Periodically, I may share from my own journey of self-work and wisdom texts in the event they could be of service to you.
Logistics & Pricing — Typically each session is 55 mins over Google Meet and is $200. That said, my main goal is to serve. Duration and Rates are flexible based on personal circumstance.
Landing: Anchoring Learning and Next Steps
Routine maintenance keeps the plane in good working order. We will debrief at the earlier of either 4th session or the end of each coaching engagement. These debriefs will focus on three things:
Anchoring takeaways— Taking stock of what was learned (As your co-pilot I learn and grow along the journey as well!) and exploring how these learnings might carry forward into life post coaching.
Assessing the flight — What went well and was most impactful, what could or should have been approached differently? What were the biggest “unlock” moments?
Evaluating future flight needs — Would further coaching be of service, immediately continuing or perhaps after a pause? What are the right next steps?
